Cellular Grafts

Cellular grafts consist of the transplantation of epidermal cells that is obtained from the skin graft. Skin graft is taken from the donor sites and then it is harvested and incubated got epidermal suspension or pure melanocyte suspension depending on the patient’s condition. Then the suspension is transferred to the recipient site. First spot of pigmentation may be noticed as early as 2 to 3 weeks bit maximal repigmentation takes 2 to 4 months after the procedure.
