Excimer Laser
Excimer lasers use a specific wavelength of 309nm that is found to be extremely effective for the treatment of psoriasis and vitiligo. Excimer laser closely resembles narrowband UVB in terms of wavelength. However they deliver monochromatic light hence more effective.
